For orders under $200, there is a $59.99 international shipping charge.
Delivery Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgment.
How We Ship We ship with UPS®, either 2nd Day Ground or 2nd Day Air depending where you are located. We take extra care to pack your order with enough dry ice to last 2-3 daysNo Weekend Deliveries Available Because of the perishable nature of our products, there are no weekend deliveries. To ensure that you receive your order by Friday, we ship all orders Monday - Wednesday.
Orders placed by Tuesday at 11:59pm will arrive the following week by Friday, the absolute latest.
No Shipping to P.O. Boxes Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO even if they fall within our allowed zip codes.
International Shipping Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the Continental United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Handling and Freshness All products shipped from the Berk Lombardo facility are individually packaged and frozen from our warehouse.
Please freeze your products immediately upon receipt. Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Spoilage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any other minor defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of order.
We are committed to using only the highest quality meats and proteins. Our products have no artificial preservatives or coloring and properly stored in the freezer will remain fresh and delicious for approximately 6 months.
